Admin users, or users with the 'Orders' permission, can find receipts for events you registered (yourself or others) for by following the instructions below. 

Please note: If you are unable to see the Orders tab, your account does not have the necessary permissions. Please reach out to your Head of School's office to be granted this permission. If you have any further questions, please reach out to us here



  1. Log in using your school email address. If you do not know or remember your password, please use the Forgot Password function found on that page. 
  2. Click on the Orders tab from the menu on the left. 
  3. Find the order that you are looking for. You can search by Order ID or filter by date using the functions at the top of the page. 
  4. Click on the Order ID #. 
  5. Click on the orange Invoice button to download a copy of your invoice.
